Excellent service. Mayra helped me fix the issue with my email on my Android. She was right...it took awhile for all my contacts and calendar items to repopulate but they eventually did.
Dont get credit card its deferred interest which they do NOT TELL YOU CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT COMING SOON!!! PREDATORY LENDING BEWARE
Good God, could your customer service get any worse. How are you still in business! I suspect lack of choice and willingness to order online. You used to be the crown jewel of electronics and appliances. Now I see you all as a sellout. A shell of once what was.
Edit based on their response: It'd be a shame if your customers didn't have ANY social media. Perhaps you should look at a home grown version void of Facebook/X/Instagram. Kinda goes right along the lines of your customer service is lack luster, don't you think?

I came in looking for a specific cord for a second monitor which I carry when I travel. Shawn Doyle assisted me and he asked me a handful of questions after looking at my monitor and immediately knew what I needed. He grabbed the box and took me over to an area where I could test the cord and it worked like a charm. His demeanor, friendliness and product knowledge were a perfect reflection of the brand.
